Just adjust the snaps on the shell to fit your baby, snap an insert into the diaper, put the diaper on your baby and go. Best Bottoms are easy to use and easy to clean. Simply lay the shell flat and snap in insert into place. When it's time for a change just unsnap the insert and wipe the shell clean. Three sizes of inserts are available in stay dry and organic cotton/hemp.

The stay dry insert consists of 4 layers of super thirsty microfiber topped with a super soft no-pill fleece pulling wetness away from baby's bottom keeping them feeling dry.

The Bigger Best Bottom shell provides a roomier fit as compared to the original Best Bottom Diaper, with 1.5" added to the waist and 1" added to the rise. The Bigger Best Bottom diaper shell is designed to fit babies 10-45+ lbs. We added special leg gussets to help keep everything in, adjustable rise with four settings, and overlapping snap closure. After the diaper is on, pull the leg gussets out around baby's legs. This will guard against leaks and help avoid any red marks. Best Bottom diaper system is easy to snap together and go. Best Bottom Diapers All-In-Two Cloth Diapering SystemBest Bottom Cotton shells are your one-size cloth diaper system for easy diaper changes. Best Bottom Diapers shells are considered an All-In-Two system, the waterproof shells are wipe-able and reusable. Best Bottom Cotton shells are composed of one inner layer of PUL (polyurethane laminate) waterproof material and one outer layer of 100% high quality designer cotton. Another feature to love about the Best Bottom Diaper is double gussets to help contain messes. These shells are used in combination with an absorbent snap in insert. Snap in inserts are sold separately so that you can choose size (small, medium, large, or xlarge) and material type. Usually only 2 sizes of inserts are used to complete the diapering cycle of your infant.

The micro overnight insert consists of 6 layers of super thirsty microfiber made to fit with any regular insert option of the same size. Snap overnight insert into cover then snap regular insert of your choice on top.

Stay Dry Bamboo Insert combines the natural absorbency of Bamboo with the super soft comfort of Stay Dry fleece. The insert consists of 6 layers of bamboo viscose, topped with 1 layer of no-pill fleece. Please wash and dry 4-5 times before use.
