About Caravanza
Caravanza is a road-trip support network that helps users request services such as water, waste assistance, repairs, towing, cleaning, supplies, and other caravan-related support.
Caravanza may receive your request, coordinate it through its dispatch process, and match you with an available local service partner.
Local Service Partners
Unless expressly stated otherwise, local partners are independent service providers and are responsible for the services they perform, including their work, equipment, availability, timing, safety, quality, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Caravanza facilitates access to these services but does not guarantee that a particular partner, service, response time, outcome, or level of availability will always be available.
Your Responsibilities
When using Caravanza, you agree to:
- Provide reasonably accurate information about your request and location.
- Provide safe and reasonable access when a service requires access to your caravan or equipment.
- Use Caravanza only for lawful purposes.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions provided in connection with a service.
- Pay any charges you agree to before or during a requested service.
Requests and Availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a service partner will be available or that the requested service can be completed. Requests may be declined, delayed, changed, or cancelled where reasonably necessary.
Prices and Payments
Where prices are displayed or communicated through Caravanza, additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes, additional materials are required, or circumstances differ from the information originally provided.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting applicable charges before authorizing additional work.
Emergency Situations
Caravanza is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to life, health, property, or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency service instead of relying on Caravanza.
Service Issues
If you experience a problem with a service arranged through Caravanza, contact us and we may assist with communication or resolution where reasonably possible.
Liability
Caravanza is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caravanza does not guarantee uninterrupted access, partner availability, specific response times, or particular service outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caravanza is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of Caravanza or services performed by independent local partners.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and Suspension
Caravanza may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or access to the service where reasonably necessary. We may also restrict access where Caravanza is misused or these terms are materially violated.
Changes to These Terms
Caravanza may update these Terms of Use as the service develops. The current version will apply from the time it is published, subject to any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
